Ingredients For cauliflower curry

4 Tbspoil

1 lgyellow onion

2medium ripe tomatoes

1/2 tsptumeric

3/4 tspchili powder

2 tspcumin powder
-
1 Tbspcorriander powder

1/2 cplain yogurt
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 mdcauliflower
How To Make cauliflower curry

1Slice onion and chop tomatoes. Heat half the oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute til light brown.

2Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 6 minutes. Add turmeric, chili, cumin and coriander. Mix and cover and cook 3 minutes.

3Cool then liquefy in a blender. Add yogurt and salt and blend again.

4Cut cauliflower into florets. Saute in remaining oil til browned. Add yogurt mixture, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
