I love cauliflower and found this in my mom's recipes. I modified it to use Velveeta instead of Cheese Whiz.

My 9-year-old grandson asks to take this dish in his school lunch! Now, when is the last time your kids requested cauliflower?? That's how much my family and the Crew loved this recipe. Perfectly creamy and delightfully filling. Enjoy!

Ingredients For cauliflower casserole

  • 1
    head of cauliflower
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz
  • 1 1/2 c
    melted Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can
    french fried onions

How To Make cauliflower casserole

  • 1
    Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain. Break into smaller pieces.

    In a large casserole dish, add cauliflower, mushroom soup, and melted Velveeta cheese. Top with french fried onions.

    Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes.
