I love cauliflower and found this in my mom's recipes. I modified it to use Velveeta instead of Cheese Whiz.

Ingredients For cauliflower casserole

1head of cauliflower
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz

1 1/2 cmelted Velveeta cheese

1 canfrench fried onions
How To Make cauliflower casserole

1Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain. Break into smaller pieces.

2In a large casserole dish, add cauliflower, mushroom soup, and melted Velveeta cheese. Top with french fried onions.

3Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes.
