Ingredients For cauliflower cake

1 smhead of cauliflower broken into small florets

1 mdred onion chopped

5 Tbspolive oil

1 tsprosemary finely chopped

7 lgeggs
-
1/2 cfresh basil leaves chopped

1 cflour
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspturmeric ground
-
1 1/2 cgrated parmesan
-
black sesame seeds
-
salt and pepper
How To Make cauliflower cake

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place cauliflower in salted boiling water and simmer 15 minutes. Drain. Set aside

2Place a small pan with the oil and rosemary cook for 10 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and set aside. Place onion in large bowl. Add the eggs and basil, whisk well then add the flour, baking powder, turmeric, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth then stir in cauliflower.

3Line the base of a springform pan with parchment paper. Spray the pan well with cooking spray. Sprinkle in black sesame seeds so they stick.

4Pour the cauliflower mixture in pan. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
