Whoa, this is an amazing cauliflower casserole. The cream cheese and soup mixture is like a rich and creamy blanket over the broccoli. Sprinkled with a little paprika, this is a beautiful and yummy side dish. You could make this your own by sprinkling a little cheddar cheese or Panko crumbs on top.

1head cauliflower, in bite-size pieces

1head broccoli, in bite-size pieces

1 stickmargarine, melted

2 pkgcream cheese, soft (8 oz. each)

2 cancream of celery soup (10.5 oz each)

paprika
How To Make cauliflower broccoli casserole

1Cook the first 2 ingredients for 5 mins and drain well; cool. Put them in a buttered 9x13' dish.

2Mix margarine, cream cheese, and cream of celery together.

3Pour the mixture over the broccoli and cauliflower.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake uncovered at 350 F for 35 mins.
