Ingredients For cauliflower alfredo

1head of cauliflower

1 jaralfredo sauce, small or home-made

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper
How To Make cauliflower alfredo

1Steam cauliflower to "al dente" stage.

2Place small amount of sauce on bottom of baking dish and spread thinly on bottom and sides to prevent cauliflower from sticking.

3Place cauliflower pieces in dish and pour remaining sauce on top.

4Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

5Bake at 350 until cheese melts and dish is warmed through.

6Can make ahead and bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
