Ingredients For carrots and plums

  • 1 lb
    carrots, scraped and cut into julienne strips
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 3 c
    red plums, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley

How To Make carrots and plums

  • 1
    Saute the carrot in butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until crisp=tender.

    Stir in the chopped plum and sugar, and cook until the plum is tender. Stir in the salt.

    Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
