Ingredients For carrots and plums

1 lbcarrots, scraped and cut into julienne strips

1 Tbspbutter, melted

3 cred plums, pitted and chopped

1 1/2 Tbspsugar

1/4 tspsalt

1 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How To Make carrots and plums

1Saute the carrot in butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until crisp=tender.

2Stir in the chopped plum and sugar, and cook until the plum is tender. Stir in the salt.

3Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
