Ingredients For carrot casserole

4 ccarrots, sliced and cooked

1 mdonion, chopped

3 Tbspbutter
-
1 cancream of celery soup

1/8 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2 cherb stuffing (not cubes)

1/3 cbutter, melted
How To Make carrot casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Melt 3 tbsp butter and saute onion. Add soup and pepper. Mix well. Add cheese; stir or whisk until melted.

3Pour onion mixture into a prepared casserole dish in layers. Onion mixture, carrots, dry herb stuffing, and repeat until you run out of ingredients ending with dry herb stuffing. Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
