Someone on this site asked me how to can peppers. Well here you go. Hope it helps.

Ingredients For canning peppers

10 cjalapeno peppers -- sliced
-
2 clovegarlic -- peeled and cloves separated from bulb

2 cwhite vinegar
-
3 cwater
-
3 tsppickling salt
How To Make canning peppers

1Place washed peppers and garlic into hot sterile jars leaving ¼” headspace.

2Boil water, vinegar, & salt together.

3Pour hot liquid over peppers leaving ¼” headspace

4Put the lids on very tightly.

5Process jars in boiling water in a large stock pot so the lids will seal. (10 minutes for pint jars and 15 minutes for quart jars at a steady boil).

6Let these peppers set for 2 to 3 weeks before opening.
