Ingredients For candied carrots

4 c1/2 inch sliced carrots,fresh gives better results and color

2 Tbspbutter or margarine

1/4 cjellied cranberry sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar, light

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make candied carrots

1Cook Carrots in saucepan of boiling water just until tender 8-10 Minutes. Drain.

2In a skillet combine butter,cranberry sauce,brown sugar and salt. Heat slowly and stir until cranberry sauce melts.

3Add drained carrots; heat & stir occasionally, until nicely glazed on all carrots, about 5-8 minutes.

4Garnish with fresh parsley if you like, I do and serve. Enjoy!
