Ingredients For campbell's swiss medley casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz) frozen veg. combo. (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) thawed
  • 1 can
    (2.8 oz) french fried onions
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss cheese

How To Make campbell's swiss medley casserole

  • 1
    Stir the soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables and 2/3 of the french fried onions and 1/2 of the swiss cheese in a (2 qrt) casserole dish. Cover.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 mins or until the vegetables are tender. Stir.
  • 3
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake for 5 mins more or until onions are golden.
