Ingredients For california cole slaw

  • 1 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 c
    shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c
    shredded carrot
  • 1/2 c
    chopped yellow pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 3 1/2 tsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    low calorie italian dressing
  • sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper

How To Make california cole slaw

  • 1
    Combine cabbages, yellow and red peppers, onion, and parsley in a large bowl, stirring well, set aside. Combine vinegar, italian dressing, sugar substitute,, salt and pepper in a jar; cover tightly, and shake roughly.

    pour dressing mixture over vegetable, tossing to coat well.
