1/2 cchopped yellow pepper

3 1/2 tspminced fresh parsley

1/4 cvinegar

1/4 clow calorie italian dressing

sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make california cole slaw

1Combine cabbages, yellow and red peppers, onion, and parsley in a large bowl, stirring well, set aside. Combine vinegar, italian dressing, sugar substitute,, salt and pepper in a jar; cover tightly, and shake roughly.

2pour dressing mixture over vegetable, tossing to coat well.

3cover and refrigerate till chilled, stir coleslaw lightly and serve. ummmmmm
