How To Make cabbage

1Quarter the large cabbage head and remove the core

2Place 1 piece of Cabbage on 1 piece of Aluminum Foil

3Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4Salt and Pepper and place garlic on Cabbage

5Cook on 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes until cooked to desire tenderness.

6Your can top with salsa or mustard and still be fat free and on your diet
