Ingredients For cabbage soup

2 lblean ground beef

1onion, chopped
-
2 -15 oz. canstewed tomatoes

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tsppepper

2 tspsalt
-
32 oz. canvegetable juice cocktail (v 8 juice)

2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pounds of cabbage, sliced
How To Make cabbage soup

1Brown ground beef, onion & garlic in skillet, until crumbly; drain.

2In large dutch oven place the ground beef mixture; add the remaining ingredients & simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
