1 mdgreen cabbage

1 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspall purpose flour

1 3/4 clight cream or half and half

salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cbread crumbs
How To Make cabbage in cream

1Wash cabbage. Boil in salted water until tender, about 30-35 minutes. Drain and chop well.

2In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, blend in cream and stir over medium heat until sauce is thick. Season with salt and pepper. Add cabbage and simmer 5 minutes.

3Place mixture into a 2-qt. buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
