My Dad loves this dish. So do I really. I have found the baking time to vary tho, most of the time I need to cook it longer. (Dad likes the cabbage to be softer)

Ingredients For cabbage casserole

2 1/2 cpanko bread crumbs (plain)

1/2 cbutter

4 1/2 cshredded cabbage

1/3 cchopped onion

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cancondensed cream of celery soup

1 cmilk
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cabbage casserole

11. Toss the (panko) and butter to toast in fry pan; sprinkle half into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.

2Layer the cabbage, onion, salt and pepper: repeat till all in dish.

3In a bowl, combine the soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over top of cabbage mixture in baking dish.

4Sprinkle with cheese and remaining Panko crumb mixture.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
