Ingredients For buttery squash

1/4 cbutter

8 mdyellow squash, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

1 mdonion finely chopped

1/2 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make buttery squash

1melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat.

2add the remaining ingredients and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the squash begins to brown, stirring frequently.
