Ingredients For buttery squash

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 8 md
    yellow squash, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 1 md
    onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper

How To Make buttery squash

  • 1
    melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat.
  • 2
    add the remaining ingredients and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the squash begins to brown, stirring frequently.
