Ingredients For butternut squash bake

1/4 cmelted butter or margarine

1/2 csugar

2eggs or egg subsitute

1 can(5 oz.) evaporated milk

1 tsppure vanilla extract

2 cmashed, cooked butternut squash or 2 10 oz. packages of cooked frozen winter squash (thawed and drained.)

3/4 ccrisp rice cereal
-
1/4 cpacked brown sugar

1 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted
How To Make butternut squash bake

1Mix together butter and sugar, beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash (mixture will be thin).

2Pour into a greased 11 x 7 in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until almost set.

3Combine rice cereal, brown sugar and melted butter, sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
