Ingredients For butter bean salad

  • 1/4 c
    grey poupon hearty spicy brown mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 pkg
    butter beans, frozen, cooked according to package, drained & cooled
  • 1
    red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 - 6 oz. pkg
    boiled ham, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, dried

How To Make butter bean salad

  • 1
    Mix mustard, oil & lemon juice until well blended; set aside.
  • 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat. Cover.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
