Ingredients For butter bean salad

1/4 cgrey poupon hearty spicy brown mustard

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1 pkgbutter beans, frozen, cooked according to package, drained & cooled

1red pepper, chopped

1/2 cred onion, chopped

1/3 csun dried tomatoes, chopped

1 - 6 oz. pkgboiled ham, chopped

2 Tbspcilantro, dried
How To Make butter bean salad

1Mix mustard, oil & lemon juice until well blended; set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat. Cover.

3Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
