1 1/2 lbbrussels sprouts trimmed and halved

How To Make brussels sprouts with bacon

1Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and reserve the bacon grease in the skillet.

2Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir to coat them with the bacon grease and butter. Cook until golden brown and fork tender.

3Reduce the heat to low. Add the minced garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute,

4Add the cooked chopped bacon back to the skillet with the brusels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with the maple syrup and toss to coat.
