Ingredients For brussels sprouts w apple cider chile butter sauce

  • 1 lb
    brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    rosemary minced
  • salt and pepper
  • APPLE CIDER CHILE BUTTER SAUCE
  • 1 c
    apple cider
  • 1 sm
    shallot minced
  • 1 tsp
    espelette pepper powder or your favorite chili powder favorite chili
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold butter

How To Make brussels sprouts w apple cider chile butter sauce

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the brussels sprouts with olive oil and rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.

    While the brussels are roasting make the sauce. Place the apple cider, shallot and chile powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to about 1/4 cup. Add the butter whisking constantly. Taste and season ;with salt and pepper.
