1 lbbrussels sprouts trimmed and halved

3 Tbspolive oil

1/2 tsprosemary minced

1 capple cider
-
1 smshallot minced
-
1 tspespelette pepper powder or your favorite chili powder favorite chili

3 Tbspcold butter
How To Make brussels sprouts w apple cider chile butter sauce

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the brussels sprouts with olive oil and rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.

2While the brussels are roasting make the sauce. Place the apple cider, shallot and chile powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to about 1/4 cup. Add the butter whisking constantly. Taste and season ;with salt and pepper.

3Serve over the brussels sprouts
