2 tspwhole grain mustard

1 lbbrussels sprouts trimmed

1honeycrisp apple peeled cored and chopped

1 mdshallot chopped

6 slicebacon

1/2 cchopped hazelnuts
How To Make brussels sprouts w apple, bacon and hazelnuts

1Shave the brussels sprouts in a food processor or mandalin. Set aside.

2In a medium bowl mix the oil vinegar, honey, and mustard together

3Cook the bacon is a skillet until crispy. Remove to a paper towel to drain. Reserve the fat in the pan. Chop the bacon and set aside.

4Add shallot and garlic to the pan and saute 2 minutes. Add the brussels sprouts and apple and cook until tender crisp about 5 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the sauce. and then toss in the bacon.

5Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Top with the Hazelnuts to serve.
