brussels sprouts salad
A friend gave me this recipe because she loved it so much and thought I would too. She was right because we loved it. It keeps well in the frig for a couple of days.

Ingredients For brussels sprouts salad

1 lbbrussels sprouts shredded

4green onions sliced

1/4 csunflower seeds toasted

1 Tbspgrainy mustard

3 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

2 tsphoney

2 Tbspolive oil

salt and pepper
How To Make brussels sprouts salad

1Clean and trim Brussels Sprouts and cut in half from stem end to top and finely shred.

2Place in bowl along with green onions and sunflower seeds.

3Make dressing by whisking together mustard, vinegar, honey and olive oil. Pour over the salad and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Make several hours before serving.
