How To Make brussels salad

1Place the grated Brussels sprouts in a large bowl.

2In another bowl, whisk the lemon juice, mustard, shallot, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.

3Pour over the Brussels sprouts and let sit for at least 30 minutes or more.

4Serve with the cheese and pine nuts on top and a lemon wedge to squeeze on top.
