Ingredients For brussels salad

  • 2 lb
    Brussels sprouts, grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 sm
    shallot
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1/2 c
    pine nuts
  • lemon wedge

How To Make brussels salad

  • 1
    Place the grated Brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
  • 2
    In another bowl, whisk the lemon juice, mustard, shallot, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.

    Pour over the Brussels sprouts and let sit for at least 30 minutes or more.
  • 4
    Serve with the cheese and pine nuts on top and a lemon wedge to squeeze on top.
