Ingredients For brussel sprouts with streaky rashers

2 pkgbrussel sprouts, frozen

1 smonion, chopped

6 slicebacon diced (or streaky rashers)
How To Make brussel sprouts with streaky rashers

1Boil the brussel sprouts in water until fork tender.

2Meanwhile, saute the bacon (known as streaky rashers in Ireland) and onion in a skillet.

3When brussel sprouts are tender, drain well and dump into the pan with the onions & bacon. Saute a bit and serve. This recipe is totally flexible. Add more or less of the ingredients to suite your tastes.
