1shallot chopped

2 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspflour

1 cmilk

1 1/2 cwhite cheddar cheese grated

How To Make broccoli with cheese sauce

1Break the broccoli into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2In a large pan add the butter and melt. Add the shallot and garlic and saute 3 minutes. Stir in the flour then slowly add the milk. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened Add the cheese and cook until the cheese melts.

3Stir in the broccoli. Cook until all warmed through. Season with salt and white pepper.
