3/4 cvegetable oil

2 pkgfrozen, choppd broccoli (thawed n drained) fresh can b used, just slightly cooked first !

1 pkgmozzerella, 8 oz. chopped

4eggs, beaten

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblk. pepper

a pinch of cayenne (or more) optional

1 mdonion, chopped n sauteed
How To Make broccoli souffle

1IN A 9X13 BAKING DISH (I USED THROW AWAY TIN)MIX BISQUICK N VEG.OIL ADD SALT N PEPPER TO BEATEN EGGS (A PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER, OPTIONAL) THEN ADD TO MIXTURE IN BAKING PAN....ADD CHOPPED MOZZERELLA N BROCCOLI N SAUTEED ONIONS N STIR.

2PREHEAT OVEN 350 N BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES...LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES B4 CUTTING....N ENJOY.
