Ingredients For broccoli souffle

  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 pkg
    frozen, choppd broccoli (thawed n drained) fresh can b used, just slightly cooked first !
  • 1 pkg
    mozzerella, 8 oz. chopped
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    blk. pepper
  • a pinch of cayenne (or more) optional
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped n sauteed

How To Make broccoli souffle

    IN A 9X13 BAKING DISH (I USED THROW AWAY TIN)MIX BISQUICK N VEG.OIL ADD SALT N PEPPER TO BEATEN EGGS (A PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER, OPTIONAL) THEN ADD TO MIXTURE IN BAKING PAN....ADD CHOPPED MOZZERELLA N BROCCOLI N SAUTEED ONIONS N STIR.

    PREHEAT OVEN 350 N BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES...LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES B4 CUTTING....N ENJOY.
