This is a wonderful salad that I almost always serve at barbeques. Broccoli is so good for you and this is a very tasty and interesting blend of flavors...so many people that do not even eat broccoli normally have asked me for the recipe.

Ingredients For broccoli slaw

1 pkgbroccoli slaw mix

1 cmayonaisse

1/4 csugar
-
1 Tbsplemon juice or cider vinegar

1/4 cred onion,chopped medium
-
1/2 ccranraisins( i like golden raisins better)

1/3 cbacos (imitation bacon bits)

1/2 csunflower seeds
How To Make broccoli slaw

1In a large bowl whisk mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar(or lemon juice) until well blended.

2Add remaining ingredients and toss well.Refrigerate at least one hour to allow dressing to thicken and flavors to meld.

3Keep in mind that you can lighten the calories in this recipe by using low fat or no fat mayo.
