I was tired of serving the typical broccoli and cheese side dish. Having a creative moment gave me this casserole/side dish. Add chicken or ham and it's a casserole. Using the regular ingredients makes it a fantastic side dish for any dinner. My kids love it and we have it often.

Ingredients For broccoli puff casserole

    bag frozen broccoli, thawed, chopped
  • 1
    bag frozen cauliflower thawed, chopped (optional)
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    mayo
  • 2 c
    sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 3 c
    ham or chicken
  • 2 1/2 c
    italian, garlic or ceasar croutons

How To Make broccoli puff casserole

    In large bowl whisk eggs, soup, mayo. Stir to blend. Add onion, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, meat and croutons. Mix everything together and pour in sprayed lasagna pan.

    Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Bake uncovered.
