Ingredients For broccoli parmesan

  • 2 md
    broccoli crowns
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make broccoli parmesan

    Cut broccoli into small pieces and steam until you get a nice bright green color and broccoli is still firm. (Once the water under steamer begins to boil, turn off heat and let broccoli steam for about 5-6 minutes.)

    When broccoli is done, place in a bowl and add other ingredients in this order: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and then cheese; lightly mix.

    NOTE: If you like it cheesy, add more cheese!
