broccoli mac & cheese (low carb)
I used fresh Broccoli the first time (as seen in picture); Second Time I was grossed out by bugs still in the stems, after seeing this is common online due to the florets being so close together, now I use Frozen haha So good even my son had seconds! Picture is showing Broccoli served with Stuffed Pepper.

Ingredients For broccoli mac & cheese (low carb)

2-3 mdheads of broccoli or cauliflower (or 6 cups) (cooked)

1 Tbspbutter

1 to 2 clovegarlic (minced)

1 cheavy cream

3/4 cshredded mozzarella

5-6 ozcream cheese
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar (plus extra to top the broccoli before baking!)
How To Make broccoli mac & cheese (low carb)

1Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

2Place Broccoli/Cauliflower in Baking Dish

3Sauce Pan, heat butter and garlic

4Add heavy cream and Cheese, Stir until melted/smooth.

5Pour over Broccoli/Cauliflower
-
6Top with Extra Shredded Cheddar Cheese

7Bake for 20 to 30 Minutes (Cheese starts to turn slightly golden brown)
