Ingredients For broccoli rice casserole

  • 10 oz
    frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz
    velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 c
    cooked white rice
  • 4 oz
    jar chopped mushrooms (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli rice casserole

  • 1
    Cook Broccoli until tender. Drain and chop. In medium saucepan melt velvetta with the soup. Add broccoli, rice and mushrooms, salt & pepper. Place in buttered 8x8 pan. Bake 375*F until bubbling. About 20 minutes.
