This quick and easy broccoli cauliflower salad recipe combines fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets with sliced almonds, red onion, sharp cheddar, and bacon, all in a creamy three-ingredient mayo dressing.   • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    apple cider or red wine vinegar
  • 3 c
    broccoli florets, cut in bite size pieces
  • 3 c
    cauliflower florets, cut in bite size pieces
  • 2/3 c
    sliced almonds
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped red onion
  • 1 c
    finely cubed cheddar cheese
  • 10 slice
    crispy cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

    In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar, and cider vinegar together.
