Ingredients For broccoli cauliflower bake

1 mdhead of cauliflower, small florets

1 lbbroccoli, small florets

1 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1 csour cream
-
1 can(4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained

4 Tbspbutter, melted and divided

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
3/4 cseasoned stuffing, crushed
How To Make broccoli cauliflower bake

1Add 1 inch of water to a Dutch oven, add cauliflower and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 7 minutes or till tender. I use my vegetable steamer and do each vegetable separately.

2Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, chilies, 2 Tbs. butter and the salt and pepper. Drain vegetables and fold gently into the cheese mixture.

3Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Toss stuffing and the remaining butter and sprinkle over the vegetables.

4Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
