This is so good. Everyone I've made it for loves it. It's warm and cheesy. It's a yummy way to get get to eat their veggies. My friends kids love this.

Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 28 oz
    broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onions
  • 3 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1 can
    cream of broccoli soup
  • 1
    roll of ritz crackers
  • 2 c
    cheeze its
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    melted butter

How To Make broccoli casserole

    Preheat oven to 350. Steam broccoli. When finished put in a large bowl. Next sauté onions. When finished add to bowl. Mix egg up and add to the bowl along with the soup and shredded cheese. Mix. Pour one cup of melted butter into the bowl and mix once again.

    pour and spread in a 8 x 13 casserole dish.

    Put ritz crackers and cheez its into large ziploc and remove most of air. Seal bag. Use rolling pin to crush up into a breading. Evenly sprinkle on top of dish until you think it's enough. I like mine completely covered.

    Now that dish is ready put in oven for 35 min. And eat up when done.
