This is a family favorite and always requested to be made for holidays. There are very seldom leftovers, the kids will even eat this. It is a recipe that was given to me by my daughter-in-law. You can add different cheeses to your liking these are our favorites. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 4 lg
    bunch of broccoli florettes
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 4 oz
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz
    grated american cheese

How To Make broccoli casserole

    Cook broccoli until tender, place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Beat together the rest of the ingredients, pour this mixture over broccoli. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until lightly browned and somewhat puffy. This should be like 15 minutes more.

    Oven temperature should be 400 degrees.
