Everyone in our family loves this. I always double this recipe and put it in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish.

Ingredients For broccoli and rice casserole

  • 1..10 oz
    frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c
    onion..diced
  • 1/2 c
    celery..chopped
  • 1 tsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • bread crumbs or croutons

How To Make broccoli and rice casserole

  • 1
    Cook broccoli Saute onion & celery in butter. Mix broccoli,soup & cheese;add to celery & onion. Stir in cooked rice,salt & pepper. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.
