My Daughter-in-law got this recipe from one of her family members. It's always easy to make and so delicious to eat.

Ingredients For broccoli and corn casserole

1 ( 10 oz) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

1 ( 14 oz) can of creamed corn

1 egg, slightly beaten

3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes

4 tbsp. melted butter
-
1/4 cup chopped onion
-
1/4 tsp. black pepper
-
1 1/2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
How To Make broccoli and corn casserole

1Combine broccoli, corn, egg, cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. butter, onions and pepper. Place in baking dish. Mix stuffing mix and 2 Tbsp. butter. Spread over casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot.
