Ingredients For brandied carrots

  • 24 sm
    carrots
  • 1/4 c
    brandy
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • parsley

How To Make brandied carrots

  • 1
    Cook carrots until crisp tender. Arrange in shallow casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with parsley garnish. Makes 4 servings.
