Ingredients For braised greens with vinegar & sesame seeds

1/4 cbalsamic vinegar

1garlic clove, minced

1 lbbeet greens, coarsely chopped

1/4 cwater

"just a pinch" cayenne

1 Tbspsesame seeds
How To Make braised greens with vinegar & sesame seeds

1Cut greens into strips. Heat vinegar and garlic in pot.

2Add greens and cook until wilted.

3Add water (if needed), cover and cook gently 2 minutes, adding more water as necessary to keep from sticking.

4Uncover, then cook until rest of liquid has evaporated. Sprinkle with cayenne and sesame seeds.
