I like to use bbq sauce in place of the ketchup - gives this one a nice punch.

Ingredients For boston baked corn

  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 sm
    onions, diced
  • 24 oz
    corn, drained
  • 3 slice
    bacon

How To Make boston baked corn

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Combine mustard, salt, brown sugar and ketchup.

    Add onion and corn, mix well.
  • 4
    Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Top with bacon.

    Bake for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
