I made this last night w/ sesame chicken. It is a very healthy slaw that goes great w/ any Asian dish. Calorie: 133 for 3/4 cup serving. Fat: 2 grams. Carbs: 4 grams.

1/4 crice wine vinegar

1 Tbspsesame oil.

2 tspsugar

2 tspdijon-style mustard

1/4 tspsalt

6 cthinly sliced bok choy cabbage

2carrots, shredded

2scallions, thinly sliced
How To Make bok choy slaw

1In lg bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt until sugar dissolves. Add bok choy cabbage, carrots and scallions. Toss w/ dressing to coat.
