Ingredients For boiled daikon radish

    daikon radish peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 1
    slice ginger
  • 2 c
    chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • scallions for garnish
  • sesame oil for garnish

How To Make boiled daikon radish

  • 1
    Place the chicken stock, ginger slice, oyster sauce, garlic, sugar, and white pepper in a pan and bring to a boil.

    Add the daikon radish and cook until fork tender about 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with sesame oil and scallions
