Ingredients For blt bites

28cherry tomatoes
-
7bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cmayo not salad dressing can substitue with yogurt
-
1/3 cchopped celery
-
3 Tbspparmesan cheese - grated

2 Tbspchopped green onions
-
2 Tbspminced fresh parsely
How To Make blt bites

1Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato using a paring knife.

2Scoop out and discard the pulp. I use an iced tea spoon or a toddler child's spoon. Turn the tomatoes upside down onto a paper towel to drain any juice.

3In a small bowl combine bacon,mayo, celery, cheese, and parsley. Using a pastry bag pipe the mixture into each tomato and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
