Ingredients For black fungus(wood ear mushroom) salad

  • 4 oz
    fresh woodear mushrooms (black fungus)
  • 1 bunch
    scallions
  • 6 stalk
    celery
  • 2 Tbsp
    roasted sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    Chinese black vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • pinch
    Hawaiian sea salt

How To Make black fungus(wood ear mushroom) salad

    Julianne the fresh woodears.

    Slice the scallions into 1/4" rings.
  • 3
    Slice the celery very thin on a diagonal.
  • 4
    Place the woodears, scallions, and celery in a large bowl. Add the sesame oil, black vinegar, soy sauce, and white pepper. Stir and taste, adding the Hawaiian sea salt, if necessary.
