BEAT EGG AND STIR IN MILK. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT BREAD CRUMBS) AND BEAT UNTILL SMOOTH. PLACE BREAD CUMBS IN A SECOND BOWL. DIP ONION RINGS IN BATTER FIRST, THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS... FRY IN OIL HEATED TO 375F. TURNING ONCE UNTIL GOLDEN DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS
