Ingredients For beets with pineapple

  • 1 c
    drained pineapple chunks..drained(#303 can)
  • 3/4 c
    pineapple juice(from can)
  • 1 qt
    drained beet wedges(2...# 2 cans)
  • 3/4 c
    beet juice(from can)
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make beets with pineapple

  • 1
    Gradually add pineapple juice to cornstarch,then add beet juice. Place over low gas flame and cook until slightly thickened. Add pineapple chunks,beets,vinegar,and salt; heat and serve.
