beet and tomato casserole
This is an adoptee recipe and I haven't made it yet, but I think I will add a few extra herbs and spices to kick up the flavors. Since I love beets and I love stewed tomatoes, hoping this will turn out great. Stay Tuned, Film at 11. LOL
Ingredients For beet and tomato casserole

2 1/2 cbeets, boiled and diced

2 1/2 cstewed tomatoes

1/2 ccheese, grated

2 cpanko bread crumbs

2 Tbspbutter, room temperature
How To Make beet and tomato casserole

1Put 1/2 beets in bottom of greased baking dish.

2Add half the tomatoes then half the cheese in layers.

3Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Add 1/2 bread crumbs.

5Dot with 1 tablespoon fat.

6Repeat. Brown in moderate oven 350, 20 minutes.
