This is a great way to use up your vegetables.you can bread them and put them on a cookie sheet and freeze them then put them in a freezer bag and take out and cook when you need them.

Ingredients For beer battered veggies by eddie

  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix ( i use liptons )
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    beer your choice
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • any veggies such as broccoli, cauiflour, mushrooms, zucchini, and mozzarella sticks
  • vegetable oil for frying

    Mix all ingredients let sit for 10 minutes

    Prepare your vegetables cut in about 1 or 2 inch chunks.

    Coat vegetables fry in light vegetable oil. Serve and have a feast.
