1Remove the tails of each bean sprouts and discard them

2Place some paper towels to cover the bottom of a large container and spread bean sprouts over evenly without crowding.

3If there are more, place more paper towels on top and place bean sprouts on.

4Place more paper towels to cover the top layer and transfer to the refrigerator (do not close it with a lid). They will last for up to 1 week depending how fresh they were when bought.
