Ingredients For balsamic mushrooms

  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lb
    mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    dry white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic glaze
  • fresh parsley for garnish

How To Make balsamic mushrooms

  • 1
    Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute about 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, vinegar, wine and salt and pepper. Decrease heat to medium low and simmer about 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft.

    Drizzle the balsamic glaze over mushrooms and mix well. Serve with parsley
